FIRST SCHEDULE All that piece of land containing ONE ACRE AND THIRTY-TWO DECIMAL SEVEN PERCHES (I acre & 327 perches) more or less being Sections 7(5 and 77 of Block II of the Maketu Survey District being formerly portions, of Crown Grant Road closed by Proclamation Number 8336 and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 685 Folio 1 Auckland Register. SECOND SCHEDULE All that piece ol land containing EIGHT DECIMAL TWO PERCHES (8 2 perches) more or less being part Section 62 of Block II of the Maketu Survey District and being the whole of the land on Deposited Plan Number 26770 and part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 483 Folio 265 Auckland Register.
