CLEARING SALE The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd., reports as follows on the clearing sale of sheep, implements, etc., held at vTraengaroa on account of Mr P. Godinagh. ' There was a good attendance of buyers from local and outside districts, including the Waikato. The breeding ewes were in fair condition and although a total clearance was effected, bidding was not very keen. The shearing plant and range of implements met with a ready sale and highly satisfactory prices were realised. The following is a range of prices:— Breeding ewes (mostly 6 year) 19s to £1 ; aged ewes in lamb, 10s to 15s: the line of 260 wether hoggets made 10s lOd ; 2-yr. bay filly, £ls *, chestnut colt foal £5 10s.
