FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY United v. Paengaroa Rangiuru v. Rangatawa Railway v, Gold Reefs
The following, will represent United in their match against Paengaroa on Saturday next;Grant, Snodgrass, King, Austin, Liddicott, Petherbridge, Morton, Bannatyne, Vercoe, Chase, Kelleher, Bird, Cuff, Joyce, Brady, Healey, McGeehan, Jordan, and Gardiner.
Particulars as to travelling to Paengaroa may be obtained from Mr Young, secretary. All players must be prepared to leave Te Puke at 1,30 p.m.
Complaints of bad language by spectators on the football ground on Saturday last were received by the Rugby Union at its special meeting on Tuesday evening, The Union decided to take drastic measures to prevent a recurrence of this nuisance. No other warning will be given.
