Rev. W. Bullock, the organising secretary for the Church" of England Men's Society, will address a mass meeting of men in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall on Sunday October 19% at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He will speak on "The Returned Soldier," "The Citizen and Christianity," and Democracy and Christianity." All men are critics.
