During four years of war the New Zealand OBSERVER has maintained its price—THßEEPENCE—despite the fact that there have been many advances in the price of paper and otner supplies necessary to its production. Throughout the Empire, including New Zealand, the price of newspapers has been advanced, and it is now found necessary to increase that of the OBSERVER from threepence per copy to FOURPENCE. The price hereafter will be FOURPENCE.
