W. Percy, the ex-Pollard comedian, joined'the "High Jinks" Company in England, and was playing Dr.' Thorne, a part which Alfred Frith played here a few weeks ago. Percy secured his release from the London Hippodrome to join the musical comedy show, and has signed on for two years. Mr and Mrs Percy "have taken up house" in London, and living close by is another old Pollard favourite in May Beattv (Mrs Edward' kauri).
