To JESSIE ELIZABETH FURZE, late of Kaimate, near Ingles, in the Provincial District of Taranaki and Dominion of New Zealand, wife of JOHN FURZE, of Waitete, near Te Kuiti, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Dominion aforesaid, farmer. Whereas JOHN FURZE aforesaid, claiming to have been lawfully married to you the said Jessie Elizabeth Furze, then Jessie Elizabeth McDonald, at the residence of your father, in Rugby Road, Tariki, near Inglewood aforesaid, on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and two, has lodged his Petition in the Hamilton Registry of this Honourable Court praying that his sandi marriage with you be dissolved, for that you did on the third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, wilfully desert the said John Furze at Kaimata without just cause, and that for five years iandl upwards from the said third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, down to the present time, have continued to desert him, the saiid Petitioner, without just Ca NOW THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that unless within 26 days after the date of the last appearance of this advertisement you file on answer to the Petition of the said John Furze the saidl Court will proceed to have the said charge proved and to pronounce sentence therein, notwithSt "tAKE NOTICE that before filing the said answer you must enter an appearance in person or by your Solicitor at the Registry of the said Court at Hamilton, and that if you do not enter such an appearance you will not be allowed to address the Court either in person- or by Counsel at any stage of the proceedings.
