APPLE MARMALADE.

Peel the apples, core, and divide, into quarters, till you have 81b; add to 1 quart of water. Let all cook till soft, then add 81b of loaf sugar, with the peel and juice of 1 lemon. Stir this constantly while it boils until quite clear, and turn into moulds. It will keep for mpniths.
