Public Notice is hereby given that at the Oi dinary Meeting of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, to be held in the Auckland City Council Chambers on WEDNESDAY, 2Sth day of July, 19C9, a Resolution will be submitted for the Confirmation of the following Special Order made at a Special Meetina of the said Board on MONDAY, 28th day of June, 1909 :— "That tbe Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, in pursuance of the powers con erred on it by ' 'Ihe Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1909.' do hereby by Special Resolution, int nded to operate as a Special Order, make the following By-laws, to be known as the ' Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board's Standing Orders Bylaws No. 1' .' (Here follows By-laws.) The object or purport of the said By-laws is as follows : — " Provides for Regulating the Proceedings of the Auckland and Suburban Drain age Board. A Copy of the proposed By-law .is deposited at the Office of the Board, Municipal Buildings, Coburg fctreet, Auckland, and is open to the inspection of the Public during Office Hours until the 20th day of July, 1909.
