A UCKLAND AND SUBURBAN J\. DRAINAGE BOARD. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAW No. 1 ("STANDING ORDERS"). Public Notice is hereby given that at the Ordinary Meeting of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, to be held in the Auckland City Council Chambers, on WEDNESDAY, July 29, 1909, a Resolution will be submitted for the Confirmation of the following Special Order, made at a Special Meeting of the said Board on MONDAY, 28th day of June, 1909 :— "That the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, in pursuance of the powers conferred on it by ' The Auck« land and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, doth hereby, by Special Resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, make the following By-laws, to be known as the ' Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board's Standing Orders By-law No. I.'" (Here follows By-laws.) The object or purport of the said By-laws is as follows —Provides for Regulating the Proceedings of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board. A copy of the proposed By-law is deposited at the Office of the Board, Municipal Buildings, Coburg-street, Auckland, and is open to the inspection of the public during offle hours, until the 20th day of July, 1909.
