I hereby give notice that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vented in it in that behalf by "Ihe Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908," and its Amendments, the Grey Lynn Borongh Council, at a Special Meeting convened for that purpose, and held within the Council Chambers on Monday, Bth day of March, 1909, resolved aa follows :— " That for the purpose of providing Interest, Sinking Fund, and other charges on a Loan of 12,660 authorised to be raised by the Grey Lynn Borough Council, under the provisions of the 1 Local B dies' Loaus Act, 1908,' and its Amendments, fur the carrying out of Grading, Levelling, Formation, Metalling, Kerbing' and Channelling of the Streets and Koads within the limits of or bounding the said Borough of Gtey Lynn, also the Purchase of Stone Crusher and Engine, the said Borough of Grey Lynn Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of Sevensixteenths of one Penny in the Pound on the Unimproved Value of all ratable property in the Borough ot Grey Lynn ; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Loan, and be payable half-yearly on the iirst day of April and October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-three years, or until th.c loan is fully paid off.' 1 Notice la also hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held in the Council Chamber on MONDAY, the 12th day of April, 1909, at 7.30 p m., for the purpose of Confirming the said Resolution.
