Australia had a serious drought in 1902, and its tariff «as not altered for New Zealand's benefit. The Government is nmv exhibiting the horrors of sweatiiu, so let us be careful and reflect seriously before giving vent to idle and dreamy ihoughts, otherwise God's Own Country will no longer exist., .
