Messrs Vanghan and Purcell have just commenced business as wine and spirit merchants and bottlers in Market Square. For many years Mr Vaughan was connected with Messrs Seegner, Langguth and Co., and Mr Purcell is popularly known as the former proprietor of a city hotel.
