TUHIKARAMEA.
Notwithstanding the inclemency of the weather, a large gathering assembled in the schoolroom on Friday evening at a Bocia', which was a great success. Great credit is due to all those kind people who worked so energetically to bring the social off so enjoyably to all present. After a number of songs, readings, and recitations were gone through and duly -applauded, the room was cleared for dancing, which was kept up with much spirit until an early hour...N R and M H were piling on the jam pretty heavily... What makes N so changeable ? Have fresh faces new charms for you, my boy ?...T M loons like a lost sheep lately. What is wrong, T ? Has M given you up?.. A D was a long time saying good-night, but that was excusable under the circumstances. You know— yum-yum... The girls say E A is a coining dancer. Is it the style or his captivating ways that charms j ou, girls ?
