But W keeps them all at bay, and sails home a winnerf.J W's waggon haa a fair share of Parnell on board They re advancing very strongly here. JohnSw F means w^ted .MC is very jealous of W G workmgat Mangapai. Nice girls down that way, M ; are you frightened ?... Such a lot ?*vi ce f^, hhr^ re c, n ?. Wl hnt Pari *ell takes the cake. Lattle G S thought so too, when JOS was charming her. Go it, J. . W and A C have s. me merry games rolling Jogs, with J M and J W to giggle at them. .The two Misses A are often down here now, and L S says a girlhasn't got a chance with them to get a maeher. .S L has been in very fine spirits lately. Is it because she has left Whangarei ? Did you show her round the orange groves ?. .The road from B s to G's js called the ' ladies' mile.'
