The Committee have arranged with the Proprietor of the Island to supply the public with refreshments at town prices. Competitors— & 20 by 20 tent, at starting end of racecourse, as dressing-room. Members of Societies are requested to appear in regalia. Positively no betting allowed on ths ground. Police will be present, so don't you forget it.
