The Classes referred to in the Preliminary Announcements by advertisements in the daily papers are now arranged, and are open at the following popular prices : — A. Classes of 10 or 20 pupils, 8 lessons for 5s each pupil. B. Classes of 10 pupils, 8 lessons for 10s each pupil. C. Classes of 10 pupils, 10 lessons for 20s each pupil. D Classes of 10 pupils, 10 lessons for £2 23 each pupil. Fees payable in advance. Each class will meet for practice twice weekly. All materials required will be provided by the Company. The clasßes are to be 'Cookery Practice Classes, 1 and are to be conducted according to the be-t English methods now so popular throughout tne United Kingdom. The processes connected with the preparation of the articles to be cooked will be carried out by the member-} of each class. Class A is intended for persons engaged during the day. The instructions will be in roasting, boiling, bak ng, frying, dressing of vegetables, lentil, vegetable, potato and curry soups, muoton broth, irjing and baking of fish, rt eat puddings and stews, plain puddings and pastry, rock cakes, ginger bread and scones. Classes B and C will take subjects intermediate between A and D. Class D— High-class cookery practice in tended for those who desire to extend their knowledge of cookery into the best class of French dishes, French soups and entries, etc. Luncheon will be arranged for persons attending morning classes, the charge being. Class B, 6d ; C, 9d ; and D, Is. Matrons and young ladies are invited to form a class of ten persons selected from their friends and acquaintances, with the view of combining social enjoyment with the captivating pleasure of exploring together one of the most important arts.
