The annual Volley and Independent Firing by the Undernamed Volunteer Corpa in the Auckland District will take place in the undermentioned order : — Auckland Naval Artillery — Saturday, 17th Oct., at. 2.30. p.m. Ponsonby Naval Artillery — Saturday, 24th Oct., at 2.30 p.m. Avondale Rifles— Saturday, 31st Oct., at <J a.m. Devonport Navals— Saturday, 7th Nov., at 2 30 p m. 'A ' Battery. Artillery — Saturday 14ih ' Nov., at 2 30 p ni. Victoria Rifles — on a day dnring their encampment. Thames Naval Artillery — Saturtay, 21st Nov., at 2 30 p m. Officers in Command of Corps will be good enough to have the Ammunition on i heir respective ranges, and their men paraded in Uniform with Arms and accou? tx-ements punctually at the appointed time, in order that the firiDg may not be delayed. Musketry Instructions, 1895.
