Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Pride of Tokatea G01d,.-fijining Company (No ' Liability) will be held at 26, Shortland-street, on MONDAY, October 19, 1896, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolntion, that is to say:— 1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provi sions of the Mining Companies Act, 1894. 2. That the Meeting determine the course to be pursued by the Directors for the purpose, and the mode of disposal of any surplus of the Company's property, which may remain after the completion oi said winding up ; aud to direct how, on such winding np being completed, the Books and Documents of the Com - shall be disposed of.
