npHE ROYAL EXTENDED SPECIAL I CLAIM. UPPER TAPU. To be Registered under the No Inability System. The area comprises 98J acres, and is situated close to the head of the main Tapu Creek. It adjoins the Royal and Mahara Claims, a deposit on account of the purchase of these properties having been paid by a strong English Syndicate, which Syndicate has forwarded a considerable sum of money for the purpose of development. Mr A. P. Griffiths, who reported on the Mahara and Royal, in his report on thiß claim, ' The formation is the same as that of the Hoyal and Mahara Claims, viz, de composed andesite, or 'sandstone,' highly favourable to the existence of payable reefs.' ' Several reefs known on the Rose and Mahara Claims tend directly towards the Royal Extended.' ' The property is thickly bushed, and will easily upply any mining timber that may be required.' The main road from Tapu to the Fluke mine runs through the property, making it easy of access.' It is proposed to form a Company, as follows;— „ , 30 Shares to be retained by the \endors. 40 Shares, eace representing 1000 scrip offered to the Public at £-25 tach. 10 Shares to be Reserved for the Company. The proceeds, less expenses, to go to the Company for developing purposes. As a number of shares have already been subscribed, early application should be made.
