I THE undersigned, hereby make appli. 5 cation to register MIOWERA UNITED GOLD MINING COMPANY as a No Liability Company, under the provisions of 'The Mining Companies Act, 1894.' 1. The name of the Company is to be Miowera United Gold Mining Company (NoLiability). 2. The place of operations [or intended operations] is at Tiki, Coromandel. 3.
