That the Directors of the Company be, and they are hereby, authorised and empowered to sell the whole of ' the rights, privileges, property, ana effects of the Company (other than uncalled capital) upon such terms and conditions in all things as they think [ fit. 2. That the Directors of the Company be, and they are hereby authorised and empowered to execute all necessary deeds to effectuate any sale. 3.
