"What would M.L. say ?. .P.C is very quiet lately. Lonely, I suppose ?.. The Hamilton boys won't talk about football since Huntly beat them (Kaitoa). Our little Blues got beat. Never mind, they licked the Rotorua boys...F.C. is back again. Bring your otter, P., B.C. is trying to trap C.T. at Te Awamutu.. .All the Kirikiriroa girls are going to the factory this season. Why ?. .A.LeQ.'s smile was killing at the Rink in the tairoas. It made the people hungry to gaze upon it. L.V. was wild going to Cambridge. Too many ladies in the 'bus. Couldn't say anything soft to K.W., you know.
