INGLEWOOD.
How pleasant J.A. looked at the ball ■with I. by his side.. ..Where was S.? He did not attend the dance.... Look out, J?.H. or S.A. will be on you like a thousand of bricks.... How graceful two young ladies looked at the sports as they passed the O.M. coming through the gatos. Quite a picture of happiness. Both wore pale blue dresses.... Why is it, I wonder, E.A. can't get a masher. Does she think there is none worth having or is it because some one always interferes? Take the O.M.s advice, my dear, and don't take the slightest notice.... What brings K.L. up the Dudley Road ? How charming she looked with A.D. riding through Inglewood last Sunday night... E.L. did not think the O.M. was watching him doing a spoon coming home from the ball. Look round next tim 9 E....H0w loving R.H.R. and J.D. looked in the cemetery. ...When are F.B. and the lass going to run in double harness ? Slow for a young man, F....J.T. and E.W. should not talk so loud when out mashing on the junction road. . . . Who was the pretty girl from N.P. that A.L. was doing a mash with at the social?... Why was J.C. not at the ball, was it because W.W. was not there.
