ELECTORAL DISTRICT OP WAITEMA.TA. ELECTION OP A MEMBER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. In pursuance of the Electoral Act, 1893, 1, J. Morrison King, Eeturning Officer for the Electoral District of Waitemata, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 21st day of March, 1894, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be held for the Return of one qualified person to serve as a Member of the house of Eepresentatives for the said District, and that the latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be MONDAY, the 2nd day of April 1894; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several Polling-. .laces of the said District on MONDAY, the 9th day of April, 1894. Every man desirous of becoming a Candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the District b\ a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 75 of the Electoral Act, 1893, delivered to the Beturning Officer, Warkworth, on or before the second day of April, 1891.
