Aratapu.— Yes, the Observer Art Union is an annual affair. Last Christmas the prizes were far more numeronß and valuable than in the preceding Art Union. Next Christmas we hope to go 'one better ' still. The new prize list will shortly appear. Meantime, our advice to you, and to all our numerous subscribers, is— take care of your coupons 1
