What takeß F.M.G. to the Club so often ? Is it to see the landlord or the baxmaid ? ...E.0.N., of Reefton, took Miss A.H. to the Tip Head last Sunday... J.H. of Reefton, was doing a good mash with Miss G. at the pie shop... The concert and dance was, a great success. The dancing of the McG. brothers, being especially admired... What will the Grey mashers do now that M.H., from the G. Hotel, is leaving? Console the mse ves with someone else?.. . The O.M. would like to know who was the young lady that danced the A.G. at Kumara... J M.G. has no show with M, S. when the Wainui is in port, as the O.M. saw her the other night up the Hospital Road doing a great mash. Dont talk bo loud next time M...1 see that P.M.K. had to fall back on J.D. last Sunday night, never mind, J. there might be a show elsewhere for you yet...R.O.F. is keeping very quiet lately... Miss S. got a great fright the night of the fire when she heard that H.L. got badly hurt. I hear it is coming off very soon. Boys get the. cans.. . M,R^ is-sin.a' great* way because M.A.X. ha 3 gone to Reefton. Never iriind, M. There is nothing like the old love. You cah fall back on you know who... What took J H. to the back of the C. Hotel, was it to see C.C. The O.M. thought he had a better chance in Albert-street, with Miss J., you had better look out J., or you will lose both... How was it that J D did not go to Hokitika, was it because W.M. L. and J.M.K. had gone down ? The O.M. thinks J. w_as not treated very fairly in Kumara... S.S. is with glee since J. P. has been removed to Westport, as he has it all his. own way with K. G.
