INCIDENTS IN THE LIPS OF A JOURNALIST.
Owing to the indisposition of the author of the above, Chapter LXXVIII. of the series is postponed^ but will be continued. Mr Montrose desires to announce to numerous inquirers that arrangements will shortly bemade for the publication of the series in book form, prior to which, however, a prospectus will be issued and subscribers names thankfully received. One officer, who occupied a distinguished position in the service,, has written, offering to become responsible through his bankers for a thousand copies of the work, and a reply has been sent, requesting permission to publish his letter with the numerous other complimentary testimonials to the accuracy of the descriptions.
