Two Russian police spies have* arrived in the colony for the purpose of trackingdown Nihilists. If youseemysteriousindividuals clad in furs peering down your chimney-pots, or floating over your garden in a balloon, and levelling their opera-glasses into your back bedroom, don't be alarmed — they are only the Russian spies. If, when you go out for a walk in the cool of the evening, you observe two individuals crawling after you on their hands and knees, and covering themselves with dust in order to look like the ground, don't be. alarmed— they are only the Russian spies.
