TO-DAY’S FORECAST.
[By Telegraph. —Press Association] WELLINGTON, Sept. 22.
General situation: Pressure is very uniform and rather high over New Zealand. A disturbance, however, appears to be developing between Gape Maria Van Diemen and Norfolk Island.
Forecast: Light and variable winds, with south-easterly to easterly, gradually predominating and freshening somewhat. Weather fine at first, but cloud increasing and later scattered rains developing. Temperatures moderate. Seas slight to moderate.
