REFUGEE FUND.
POST OF PATRON ACOSPTED. BY HON. P. FRASER, [By Telegraph.—Press Association]. WELLINGTON, July 21. The Hon. P. Fraser has accepted tho position of patron of the National Fund for Refugee Spanish Children. Archbishop O'Shea has informed tho the Fund Committee that ho gives the appeal his approval and will recommend it to his people.
