TO-DAY’S FORECAST.
[By Teiegraph.— Press Association] WELLINGTON, April 12.
General inference: Pressure has fallen over New Zealand, especially in the south, under the influence of a series of shallow westerly depressions, which has been advancing enross the Tasman Sea. At Hubert there has been a considerable rise of pressure, but at Sydny it is lower than yesterday. Forecast: Light to moderate, but freshening northerly to north-westerly wind. Weather mainly fair to cloudy at first but cloud increasing and later scattered rain probable. Temperatures mild. Seas moderate to rather rough.
