TOURIST SHIP ARRIVES. LINE. STRICT DISCIPLINE ABOARD. [By Telegraph.—Press Association] AUCKLAND, April 11. With the Swastika nag of Germany flying from her stern posts and the British Mercantile Marine flag at the fore peak, the 20,000-ton steamer Reliance, of the Hamburg-American Line, berthed about 8 o'clock this morning with 200 passengers, 00 of whom are Geramans and the remainder Americans, on a 4A months' world cruise. The last port of call was Melbourne. Tourists are leaving to-day for Rotorua and other North Island resorts, rejoining the vessel at Wellington. The Relinacc is leaving Auckland on Thursday night. The. officers and crew are German, but speak English learnt in America. Nazi discipline is maintained aboard, the Nazi salute Being freely exchanged between officers a'nd men. Photographs of Hitler and Ilindenburg decorate various parts of the vessel. German passengers are allowed to carry only 200 dollars each for spending in the course of the cruise, and the German officers are allowed only eight dollars monthly.
