AND an order has been made in each of the above actions that publication of the notice of such action in "The Thames Star" Newspaper shall bo deemed to be service of a summons therein upon you respectively. A summons in each of the above actions will be heard in the Magistrate's Court at Thames on Tuesday, the 15th day of March, 1938, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and in default of you or any of you respectively filing Notice of Intention to Defend such claims respectively in the Court Office at Thames on or before the 25th day of February, 1938, judgment may bo given against each of you respectively without your being heard.
