SHAREHOLDERS MEET. OFFICERS ELECTED. GATHERING AT ROTORUA. [By Telegraph.—Press Association] 1 . ROTORUA, Feb. 18. The annual meeting of shareholders of the United Press Association was held- at Rotorua to-day. The chairman, Mr. W. Easton, in moving the adoption of the annual report said 1,255/878 words of cable news had been received - from overseas during 1937. Sir Cecil Leys was re-elected to the board of. directors,. Sir ..Henry .Horton did not offer himself for .re-election and his son,- Mr. R. D. Horton, was elected in his stead. . • i .-,.
