MK. SAVAGE'S VIEWS
NO NEED FOR HYSTERICS,
[By Telegraph. —Press Association] WELLINGTON, July 30.
"I do not see that there is any cause to be hysterical, but the position is far from being easy," said the Prime Minister, Mr. M. Z: Savage, when questioned about his impressions of the international situation. generally look upon Great Britain as the greatest single factor in the preservation of peace. That is appraised everywhere. When you are brougbt face to face with the problems you find they aren't the simple things they appear to have been."
Mr. Savage added that he found there was general agreement that expansion of trade was a step in the direction of peace. "People do not want to go to war because they want to go to Avar," he said. "Greater attention will be given in future to trade
expansion."
