MAN KILLED INSTANTLY. RAILWAY WORKER'S FATE. (By Teiegrapn.—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Oct. 30. Falling 30ft from a beam where he was working at the Paekakariki locomotive shed, James McLean, a carpenter, married, living at Lower Hutt, was killed outright. McLean, who was aged 31 years, was employed by the Railways Department.
