Manslaughter Charge.
FAMOUS SPEED DRIVER. SEQUEL TO INQUEST. ISLE OF MAN SMASH. (A. and N.Z. Cable). LONDON, June 4. As a sequel to the fatal accident last Tuesday, Kaye Don, the famous speed driver, was committed for trial in the Isle of Man on a charge of manslaughter, after the inquest on his mechanic, Taylor. (Kave Don was giving his racing car, an M.G. Magnette, a run after a card party, when it capsized. Both Don and his mechanic lay unconscious for half an hour before a policeman discovered them. The mechanic died from his injuries).
