DEPARTURE FOR WAITANGI. ;By Telegraph—Press Association). AUCKLAND, Feb. 1. Their Excellencies, the GovernorGeneral, Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloe, and party sailed this morning by the Government steamer Matai en route to the Waitangi celebrations. They will visit two lighthouses, put in at Kawau tomorrow night, watch the Royal Yacht Squadron’s regatta on Saturday and arrive at Russell on Saturday night. They are due to return to Auckland on February 16.
