Mr Justice Kennedy sentenced the following prisoners: Robert Aber-. croiribie Brown, for theft J from the Petrous Tile; Company, of which he was accountant, three years' hard labour. Henry. Ernest Foote,;, breaking, entering, and theft, three years' hard labour. There, were '4O-pre-vious convictions for various offences. The judge said the prisoner - had been progressively anti-social in his attitude to his family, and lost nothing through • his - loss ,of,liberty. They were better .without him.
