WAIOMO CARNIVAL.
FLAGS CHANGED ON THURSDAY. BUSINESS QUEEN ON TOP. At twelve o’clock on Thursday the order of the flags of the three Queens of the Waiomo carnival was changed. They now stand: — Business Queen, Sports Queen, •Thames Valley Queen. The Sports Queen Committee had excellent support at Waiomo on Anniversary Day, when popular sports were staged, with a dance on the green in the evening. The result of this may again change the flags at an early date.
