(2) The Committee may add to, delete from, or postpone the programme if deemed necessary. (3) The Committee reserve the right to re-handicap any competitor on the day. Registration.—All Competitors Avho wish to compete in any event at any Sports Meeting held under the Rules of the N.A.U (Incorporated), shall cause themselves to be Registered on the Books of the Union prior to competing.
