The Waikato Presbytery resolved to support the Assemblies of Public 'Questions Committee on the subject of conscientious objectors to military training urging that there should be no discrimination between different denominations nor between divinity students and other conscientious objectors. alf-o asking the Government 'to prescribe an alterative service and remit tho sentences of Richards and Mrller. also giving the opinion that compulsory training is an act that be repealed.
