BETWEEN OIL COMPANIES. AN INJUNCTION WANTED. ALLEGED MIXING OF BENZINE. ttsy Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 11. The Vacuum Oil Company, Ltd., has applied to the Supreme Court for an injunction against the National Service Stations, Ltd., which acts as selling agents for C.A.A. petrol under an arrangement with the Canterbury Automobile Association. The Vacuum Oil Company alleges that the National Service Stations, Ltd., has been mixing Plume spirit with ' another and selling it as C.A.A. spirit. By means of an injunction it desires to prevent any such action on the ground that it is calculated to be prejudicial to the operation of the Vacuum Oil Company.
