THE INSTALMENT SYSTEM.
An illustration of the extent to which the plan of purchase by instalments has been developed is afforded by the adoption of the system by the Adelphi Theatre in London for its higher-priced tickets. It is designed to meet the convenience of parties rather than of the individual.
The plan is limited to the sale of not fewer than six tickets. In this respect it is believed it will prove a boon to parties in offices, and particularly to city business girls, who probably otherwise would not be" able to buy reserved seats. Payments are spread over a period not exceeding six weeks.
