PUBLIC NOTICES. pOUNTY OF ]LTAURAKI pLAINS NOTICE OP INTENTION TO BORROW. LOAN OF £9OO OVER THE NGATAIPUA EAST ROAD LOAN (1925) SPECIAL RATING AREA. PURSUANT to Section 10 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 192 G," the requirements .of "The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926," having been complied with, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:— ' 1. THAT it is the intention of the' Hauraki Plains County Council to borrow the sum of £9OO for the formation and metalling of part of Ngataipua East Road for a distance of 162 chains south-eastward from the PokenoThames Main Highway. 2. THAT as security for the payment of interest and sinking fund and other charges on'the said Loan, it is the intention of the said Council to make and levy a Special Rate of one penny and three-fifths (1 3/5d.) in the £ on the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property in the Ngataipua East Road Loan (192S)> Special Rating Area. 3. THAT it is not the intention of the said Council to pay out of the said Loan" the cost of zvaising the Loan or the first year's Interest and Sinking Fund on the Loan. . 4. THAT it is the intention of the said Council to establish a Sinking repayment of the Loan, or alternatively to repay the Loan by forty (40) half-yearly instalments of interest and principal. 5. THAT the said Loan is for a period of twenty (20) years at a rate of interest not exceeding 6 per cent, per annum. The said Special Rating Area includes the following properties, and portions of properties: South part Section 11; Lot 1 of Section 25; Lot 2 of part Section 13; Part Section 26; Lot 2 of Section 25; Lot 1 of Section 13; Part- Section 13 and Section 22A; Section 24; South part of Section 12; South part of Section 23; all the foregoing being part of Block IL, Thames Survey District, and part Lot 4 of Ngataipua Part IE IB and Part Wharemaoho Block.
