AMUSEMENTS.
BEAUMONT SMITH. A scheme, allegedly to find suitable types for movie requirements, will be shortly inaugurated at the above theatre by Mr. Beaumont Smith, who will appear personalty and test the ability and personality of each candidate. He will appear in person on the stage of the theatre to give all aspirants a test. Assisted by his chief producer (Mr. L. H. Nunn), his camera men and technical staff, scenes will be taken in which all candidates will appear in full view of the audience. A guaranteed engagement is given suitable tests.
