JUMPED OR FELL?
ROPE ROUND HIS NEC Tv. MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDTN. Feh. 24. A man named Birtles (40) has been admitted to hospital in a serious condition. It is alleged that lie tied a clothes line round Lis neck and jumped 25 feet from a window of the Southern Hotel.
