j SERV ICE SESP ENDED, j ! The engine of the launch that tows* the Kopu Ferry broke down during the rolidnys and in consequence an inter-, mittant timetable has only been maintained. ! The County was aide to obtain another launch for a day oi two but as was wanted for other purposes this morning the ferry was unable to make any trips to-day. Negotiations have ! been in progress to hire another launch j and it is understood that these have been satisfactorily concluded and a launch left Shortland shortly after noon to take up the running.
