Pursuant to Section 10 of the local Elections and Polls Amendment Act 1913, I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the Turua District Roads Loan 'Special RatingArea taken on the 3rd day of Sept, 1923, on the proposal of the Hauraki Plains County Council to borrow the sum of £7750 for the purpose of constructing bitumen Roads in the said Area.

The number of votes recorded For the proposal was 43. The number of votes recorded Against the proposal was nil.
